The issue is when I plug in the HDMI cable the screen freezes, if I plug it in before I start/reboot the PC it hangs and does not finish booting. I unplug it when it hangs while Booting and finishes booting fine. I have windows 8.1 on another drive in same PC and that works great with the HDMI to a TV screen. Thanks for the suggestion.
